Signature Property Management

Signature Property Management has been in business since 2005.   Most of their clientele has been with them from the beginning and have referred them to others over the years. The goal has always been to provide superior service and be a company that both owners and tenants can trust.  

Tiffani Simon, co-owner, has been in the property management industry for over 30 years. She has worked on the corporate side with large apartment complexes, as well as single family homes. She has an extensive background in accounting and office management.

Mindy Lowry, Broker/co-owner, has been selling and leasing Real Estate since 1999. She has a background in Social Work and worked as a social worker for the State of Texas prior to her Real Estate Career.  Mindy has been helping people in all facets of their life, but Real Estate is her niche!
